Conrad Harvey has over 30 years of IT and Digital experience. Has led two material digital transformations and draws on this experience to provide insight and advice. Conrad has led hundreds of successful projects and programmes at all levels of leadership, from project manager to transformation executive to CIO. This experience allows Conrad to focus in on the key obstacles and challenges that delay projects.

As a company, we have been involved with numerous digital start-ups including: Certanti a local retail loyalty scheme, and Parking Beam a mesh network parking sensor business.
Conrad Harvey has embraced innovation in his roles of CIO, pioneering artificial intelligence, agile, service-oriented architecture and using hackathons to solve problems.
Board Experience
Conrad Harvey, a member of the AICD, has sat on and frequently presented to boards. Conrad has been a member of hundreds of steering committees over his 30 years of experience and is comfortable playing an advisory role on both committees and boards.
Advisory
Harvey Digital has completed several Digital advisory projects for various tier 1 customers. They have delivered:
- IT Strategies for two large ASX-listed companies;
- ERP systems reviews; and
- A Digital Strategy and implementation roadmap.
Speaking
We have presented at many events, including Dreamforce, Telstra Vantage, CEDA, and Retail Tech X. In addition, we have extensive experience presenting to teams on technology and digital disruption.
